File Upload Guidelines by RJsSigns.comDigital Graphic Design File Upload Guidelines

To get started with your graphic design, please follow these file upload guidelines below:

Step 1. Email Solutions@RJsSigns.com to send your file for printing. Vector-based files are HIGHLY recommended for high resolution in the final output. Vector based graphics are typically originated in Programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CoredDraw, and FlexiSign, to name a few.

Files that are converted to jpeg, bmp, eps, or tif (for example) are no longer the original creation, therefore the clean lines of the original could potentially be lost as the image is made to the size of a banner, sign, storefront, or vehicle.  For a more detailed explanation on Vector-based -vs- Bitmap, click on the Vector -vs- Bitmap Graphics link below.

Step 2. When emailing, attach your vector file and include any special instructions in the email such as final print dimensions needed, longevity of product, example: 7 years outdoor -vs- 3-day indoor. Also include in the email if this is based on a prior quote fulfillment by RJ’s Signs & Designs, or if this is a new quote request.
